The Banyule and Nillumbik Teacher’s Environment Network The network is organised by Banyule and Nillumbik Councils to give local teachers an opportunity to network and discover new resources for environmental teaching. Topics are chosen on the basis of teacher feedback and venues rotate to give teachers a chance to visit other learning environments.

The VAEE has an email network facility to enable educators and facilitiators to communicate with associates and colleagues about environmental education for sustainability issues, challenges and ideas. This sevice is provided by Education Limited (EDNA), which is a joint initiative of the State and Territory Governments, and the Australian Government, through their education departments. The website for Edna Email Group facility is http://www.lists.edna.edu.au/lists/lists/home

This facility is very well used, so become a part of the network - make sure you're connected.
